SCT is a lecture and workshop program offering methods to improve the quality of existing instruction at the college level.  

SCT is geared to re-invigorate excellent teachers and to aid those striving to develop their full potential in the classroom. 

Teaching is a skill not taught in college or university.  It can be mastered.  Excellence is achieved through resolve and by clarity of departmental goals.
